T-Log WED Feb 16

So i am still nursing my shoulder.  It seems much better but I would rather not rush things.
Today was basically a BB work out rather than a strength training session.

Tricep pressdowns bands x max
StrictWideGripChins x30
                                           ALL x 4 ROUNDS


pushups to get blood into area: 3 sets of 40
